Who I work with
-

“I can't turn my mind off”
Anxiety, overthinking, a body that never fully relaxes. We work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts, so calm becomes something you can actually feel.
-

“Nothing I do is enough”
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, a harsh inner critic. We get curious about the parts of you working so hard, and what they've been trying to protect.
-

“I've tried everything for my health”
Chronic illness, endless protocols, losing trust in your body. We listen to what your symptoms might be asking for, beyond the next fix.
-

“I know there's more to this”
Life transitions, spiritual growth, a pull toward something deeper. We make room for the soul-level questions that come up along the way.
About me
I came to this work the long way around. I started out in finance, on a path that made sense on paper but never quite felt like mine. At the same time, I was living with chronic health challenges, and I spent years trying to fix my body with diets, supplements, and one wellness protocol after another, always looking for the thing that would finally make me feel better.
The shift didn't come from finding the right fix. It came when I stopped fixing and started listening. I slowed down, got curious about what my symptoms might be saying emotionally and spiritually, and started reconnecting with who I am underneath all the striving. Over time, my health challenges stopped feeling like enemies and started feeling like teachers, leading me toward self-trust, self-compassion, and self-love. Today I see them as one of the greatest gifts of my life.
That's the heart of EquilibriOM. I weave together somatic work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), because the body often holds what our parts are protecting. I help you turn inward, come back into relationship with yourself, and find the meaning that can live inside even the hardest experiences.
How we work together
Somatic therapy
Anxiety, stress, and illness don't only live in your thoughts. They show up in your body. We work with sensation, breath, and emotion as they arise in session, not just talk about them.
Mindfulness
Many sessions involve closing your eyes, softening your attention, and dropping into a meditative, body-based state where we can hear what your system is saying beneath words.
Parts work (IFS)
The perfectionist, the worrier, the one who keeps pushing through: these are parts of you, each trying to help in its own way. Using Internal Family Systems, we get to know them with curiosity instead of fighting them, so you can lead from a calmer, wiser place.

We'll talk, but we won't only talk. Much of our time may involve slowing down, closing your eyes, and noticing what's happening in your body: sensation, breath, emotion, and nervous system responses. Sessions often include somatic exercises, guided awareness, and gentle exploration of the emotional and spiritual meaning your body is holding. You'll always set the pace.

All sessions are held by secure telehealth video, so you can do this work from a quiet, comfortable space at home. I'm able to see clients who are located in Texas at the time of each session.
